“Fantastic place! Great location - where a 3 min walk to the Shin Okubo station lets you easily ride the JY line to all the major spots. While you can get into big city action easily with nearby late night Izakayas or Don Quixote shopping - the house itself is in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. The property was big - we got an extra shower we didn’t expect - and while some of the furnishings were maybe a little bit old fashioned, the place itself was very nice. Ample bedding, towels, two……

“This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job……

“Price is amazing and the town is very pretty with plenty of restaurants and major train station near by (6 minute walk). Place is clean and well kept. Mini fridge, electric stove and washer in the bathroom. The dryer option of the washer doesn’t work, so I wouldn’t even try. I ended up hanging the clothes on a clothes rack that’s provided for some of my laundry which was adequate. The property manager never took long to reply to any of my messages. We’ll definitely stay again on my next visit to……

“The room is too small and definitely not enough space for place 3 beds there. There is no any spec between each bed and Then it only has a very narrow hallway you even couldn’t open the languages. ”

“I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. I would high recommend this place for an authentic Japanese experience. Plenty of towels at hands, u have access to a……

“It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions.”
