“The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. “Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“This house was amazing! This was perfect for our family. It was spacious and fit our family of 6 very comfortably. It was close to subway transportation. And was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Tanuki was AMAZING in every way. She always responded to my messages super quick and was extremely helpful! All my kids loved this place. When we come back to Tokyo next time, we absolutely would choose to stay here again!”

“I was traveling with my three teenage daughters. Spent 6 nights here at the end of a three week trip. There are four bedrooms, each with their own AC control. The kitchen/living area was great to hang out together, but everyone also had their own space to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet but really close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. “Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”
