My reservation included dinner at the hotel’s French restaurant, which I had been looking forward to. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the staff seemed unaware of my booking and were unable to locate my dinner reservation based...

"Very convenient location, comfortable hotel, spacious room as well, great service. Felt very safe and comfortable staying here. it's also located in a great spot in Ginza, with two train stations very closeby. "
"Everything was great, when we first got there they put us on the 2nd floor
My wife didn’t like the musty smell, we requested a change and they moved us right away
Staff are super helpful
Location is super convenient to Tokyo station "
"This is why it is considered the best hotel in Japan (and one of the most expensive). It is a hotel with a lot charm and elegance without eccentricities or “new rich” amenities. One of my favourites worldwide. "
"This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Minutes from the shopping in Ginza. Hotel has a great breakfast, Japanese and Western food available. Variety of amenities in reception including; sun cream, razors, cotton buds and much more. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, convenient for washing clothes. Staff are very friendly and reliable, I would highly recommend this hotel."
"Rooms are small, but that’s what you are going to get in Tokyo. Was just fine for 1 person (in their largest room), but a 2nd person in it might be a little cramped with luggage. Great location with access to metro and train station. Great breakfast buffet. Restaurants right across the street. Very friendly staff. "
