They were so kind so as to find me a doctor so I could get medicine that I couldn't bring into japan. I so appreciate their kindness and attentiveness!"

"The Strings Shinigawa has easy/covered walking access on one level to the train station and is close to many restaurants. The hotel and the rooms are excellent; the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had. Just a great Tokyo hotel to stay in."

Toshinori at the front desk is the property's most valuable asset and he makes up for the incredibly lacking concierge desk. Delicious breakfast. Est is superb. "Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "
