This is a beautiful, well appointed property. Great location with easy access to Shibuya station a 7-Eleven on site for snacks, etc. Staff was wonderfully helpful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Shibuya.

The property is placed in a prime spot in Shibuya, only a few minutes walk from the Scramble Crossing and most shopping. Despite this, the hitel isn't noisy and is kept very clean.

Cerulean Tower was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Japan. The breakfast is amazing, super walkable and amenities were top notch and even included pjs, super nice shampoo/conditioner, and skincare.
