Tokyu stay rooms are small but they are well designed. They have a wash dryer in the room which for me is a killer feature on long trips. The hotel location is great, rooms are quiet and clean.

We stayed at this property for the first time in 2016 and we were impressed enough to have stayed a few more times. However, during this last stay, we were stunned at the overall decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpet and the wall paper in the room was stained, If the hotel staff can overlook obvious stains in the carpet, what else are they overlooking? The location for this hotel is great: close to shopping and transportation.
