Staff goes above and beyond for guests . Room was very clean and comfortable . Staff was very friendly and even helped ship our luggage to the next hotel. Close to the train station but it is on a quieter part of the street . 10/10 would recommend . Definitely will stay again .

Perfect hotel. The right combination of elegance and convenience. Location could not be better, staff incredibly nice and helpful. Had an amazing experience and hope to stay with them again in the future. Unfortunately they have no hotels outside Japan. Strongly recommend!

The hotel had a great breakfast, and comfortable room for 3 people. It had good laundry facilities. There are great udon and sushi restaurants nearby. The hotel is on a quieter street, despite being almost next to the busiest train station in the world - very convenient.

This is a foreign tourist-friendly, small hotel that’s super convenient to Shinjuku Station. My room was the right size for one person, and it was clean and quiet. The two aspects of this hotel that really shine: the incredibly polite, helpful staff and the great little breakfast buffet. This is a wonderful “Goldilocks” hotel: not too big and fancy, not too small and “cheap” - just right.

Such a beautiful hotel the service was exceptional and the rooms where very big. We loved all the restaurants around the area and we felt very safe.
