「房間空間大，兩個大行李箱以及登機箱完全打開仍有空間可以行走，有桌子方便整理及進食，有大冰箱足以儲存幾天份食物。可以在一樓免費借用餐具及調味料，一樓也有洗脫烘洗衣機免費使用，一層樓一戶不會被打擾，很有隱私，床也很舒適。沒有浴缸，對於不愛泡澡的人沒影響，吹風機是Dyson超棒，也有附肩頸按摩生器可以舒緩疲勞。櫃檯人員英文都很好，溝通沒問題。」

「Very nice place to stay. 4 double beds. 2 on main level and 2 upstairs. 2 full bathrooms. Very clean. Good communication. 」

「位於JR濱松町站與地鐵芝公園站附近的住宿空間，是我第一次在日本下榻的非飯店型旅宿。整理的體驗感受極佳，房間有浴缸可以泡澡，也有小廚房，空間的規劃與設計還不錯，唯一小可惜的是沒有電梯，但不影響整理的溫暖體驗。附近應該是住宅區很安靜，生活機能方便且距離東京鐵塔不會太遠。」

「It’s very dirty, I can’t contact the owner. The room is very old」

「Location was very convenient, but be prepared to climb a slight incline for about 2 blocks from the main road. 7-11 also very close by. Starbucks on the way to the train station. Only downside was the musty smell from the overworked air conditioning units. Otherwise the rooms and bathroom was very clean and modern.」

「This apartment was difficult to find for the taxi driver, but once we found it it, it was easy to get into and very clean. The only thing we were not preprared for was how small it was. It was approximately 300 ft2.the second bedroom and bathroom were only separated from the main living space by curtains.」

「The rooms is very comfortable place, keep very clean, just need 10 mins to Shimbushi Station. Near the station has many hrs open restaurant and pub opens at midnight that we can have beer and meal at very late night. The owner is a very nice person, nice to chat and we have had an awesome night to talk about Hong Kong Politics Protest situation. Thanks for all support to H.K.」

「There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. 」
