"The Prince Park Tower Tokyo exceeded every expectation for our family trip. As our first stop in Tokyo, we could not have chosen a better home base. Getting there was surprisingly easy, and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which was a welcome relief after long flights with a 9 year old.
The rooms were incredibly spacious, a rare find in Tokyo, and our family had plenty of room to spread out and truly settle in. Everything felt thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from helping us navigate the city to making sure our som felt welcome and cared for. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, never once making us feel like an inconvenience. There’s even a convience store and plenty of restaurants on site.
The views of Tokyo Tower from the property are stunning, and the on-site dining options made evenings effortless.
