We stayed at this property for our Senior Trip. There was so much to do between fishing, the pool and the game room. The kids had a great trip. The property was perfect for our group of 18.

We did our corporate retreat at this house and really enjoyed it. The home is very spacious and clean, and being right on the water was excellent! The sunsets in the evening could not be beat! The host was amazing at responding quickly to any of our questions or needs and we would recommend staying at this location.

We were big group of friends and we loved our stay here. The place was clean and modern too. The best part were the games in the garage. There were a few issues with the dishwasher but other than everything else was great!

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the space – although having the only access to the gameroom being through the master bedroom or from outside, as well has having the only way to get from the top floor to the ground floor by going outside was awkward. The weather was cold and wet most of Sunday so that wasn’t very pleasant. The house was very clean and stocked as promised, so that was very nice. The furniture was in good shape and clean. The outdoor space is amazing – however, the boat house is in disrepair and we did not feel comfortable having the children out there. There are a lot of maintenance issues (driveway gate not operable in quite some time, no hot water to two of the bathrooms, upstairs stove stopped working, downstairs dishwasher did not work, some of the exterior locks did not work, etc.) Gameroom was large and had a lot of promise, but half the arcade games did not work, there was no ping pong equipment, no air hocky puck, etc so most of it was unusable and not what was advertised. We also see that a lot of these issues were repeatedly noted in 2024 reviews and were not addressed.

Some friends and I decided to take a short trip to the lake and rented this home. Boy we were not disappointed! This house looked just like the pictures and is even larger than it looks in the pictures. So much space to spread out and enjoy and the view from the dock onto the lake was so peaceful. Just such a cool house!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room to stretch out and every couple had a private bedroom. The game room and pool table were a hit. Our only issue, which our host had no control over, was that Lake Livingston had a infestation of zebra muscles which prevented boats from being in the lake. Nevertheless we still had fun. Our host, Russell, was responsive to all of our needs.

We had almost 20 people here for a long weekend. The pictures of this property only tell half the story. Even with 20 people, we still had lots of room, did not feel cramped. The converted garage with the bunk beds, video games etc., was the highlight of our stay. And Russel was very quick to respond to any questions no matter what time of day. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully with a boat!

We had an outstanding time at the lake (in January of all times). Lots to do and lot of places to sit and chitchat. The game room and the pool table were a hit, as was the sprawling yard for bocce ball. The hidden elevator made the difference for my mom to visit upstairs. We used the kitchen downstairs the most, but nice to have the other one. On one dinner, we used both kitchens to make enough food, fast enough. Overall, highly recommend this house for a large group.
