"Josh was a great host! He greeted us at check in and gave us a walkthrough of the property. When we ran into a minor plumbing issue, he was responsive and immediately addressed the problem. We couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and friendly host.The property itself was excellent for hosting four families with kids ranging from 2 to 13. The kids had plenty of space to play and the adults got some quiet time. Josh also had a selection of toys that the kids thought were great.We all had a lovely weekend and will definitely be thinking of Josh and this property for future get togethers!"

"Always love returning to Bay Lake. I had booked a lodge room but was given a condo which was just fine- no explanation. Was charged my original price so that was ok. Food in Rubys was excellent. Didn’t like not seeing a print out of the meal receipt at the table though. Sure enough when I checked there were two charges applied that we didn’t order. When I asked about it the next day it was corrected. Thank you. Great little shops with wonderful items to buy."

"Clean ,well appointed cabin ,right on the lakefront. Beds incredibly comfortable. Liked the decor. Enjoyed taking the kayaks out. Loved the firepit & beach Didn't try the sauna. Will rent a boat next time for better fishing. Too bad the mayflies decided to swarm @ the same time! Lol. Mille Lac lake is beautiful Owners communicated promptly,appreciated the comprehensive info regarding area attractions,restaurants."

"Our TV decided to not work during our visit. The staff promptly fixed the problem with no trouble. It was a very quiet property. Not the usual hear the other quests in the hallways or through the walls. We did not have a chance to utilize the outdoor patio, but it looked fantastic!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Ridge! Our group was very pleased with the little extra touches- extra paper products, an abundance of extra towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The property was very clean and in a great area. The beds were very comfortable! We hope to return again sometime!"
