The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches……

“If you want to enjoy a peaceful, clean, friendly staffed coastal stay in Florida then this lovely place is it! Room was clean and comfortable with a large double sink bathroom. Our room #103 was perfect on the second floor, nothing like opening your door and seeing beautiful white sand and beautiful ocean. It was truly a wonderful experience and getaway! Parking was easy and I highly recommend this quaint resort! Can’t wait to return soon!”

“⭐ 1 STAR Extremely disappointing experience at Ringling Beach House. Our unit was not properly cleaned or maintained. There were dead bugs in the shower and behind the toilet, the showerhead was covered in crud, and there was splashed urine on the toilet. We actually had to buy Lysol wipes and rubber gloves and clean it ourselves. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. When I notified the front desk, they apologized but told us to grab the plunger and try unclogging it……

“I feel the property was recently renovated and did not have a trial run. The 1st floor toilet water ran constantly and the water was hot, the Kuerig didn’t work, the shower shampoo/conditioner dispensers on the 2nd floor didn’t work, AC and WIFI was intermittent, no light switch in the laundry area but exposed wiring. One unit lost AC power when it was 100 degrees and they said they have no emergency service. Our back door wouldn’t open but after jiggling and resetting the improperly installed……
