My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is great, very convenient. The place itself is extremely comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and attentive. It was truly worth every minute.

Very cozy. Bed comfortable. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating. Good location close to beaches , shopping & food. Our dog enjoyed running in the side yard instead of on a leash.Communication was excellent would stay again.

Mini Vacation

Property was very clean and just what we needed for a quick getaway to visit friends. Property owner was quick to respond and we had check in info a couple of days before. Very close to beaches, restaurants and the island.

Fantastic Little Spot

Fantastic little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. Just a 8 minute drive to the beach and incredible food options all over! Would definitely recommend this spot and the smash burger joint was incredible!

This place was adorable. Everything we needed for one night. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the screen porch.

GROUPER SUITE

It was perfect for us and the dogs. The doggies had a nice little enclosed yard to play in. Dave loved sitting in the enclosed patio for a smoke. We loved the cottage setup. The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had everything we needed. The kitchen/living was a great setup too.

We had a great sty at the Grouper. It was clean, close to Anna Maia island and the beach. Very nice amenities. Comfortable, clean bed.We will return!NOTE: toaster doesn’t work and chair under the air conditioner got wet from the dripping a/c. We moved it when we realized it.

Like the specious living area. Laundry was convenient. But very noisy. Did not like that the code didnt work on the front door. They did not fix in the 6 days we were there. Great location. Beach isnt too far.

Double booked

I was very pleased with the final results after unfortunately getting double booked . The host was able to get us in their other property. Even though we had to change all our plans. We still ended up having a very comfortable and relaxing time. And was able to check out a little later. Very pleased with how they handled everything!!

Comfortable bed and pleasant cottage overall. Enjoyed morning coffee in the screened room. Love that it’s so close to the beach! Mini-split in kitchen is dripping water badly. Turned it off before we left. Connected to wifi but no internet so not of any use for TV or phones. Too much light at night on the front of the house made it tough to sleep even with all the blinds closed. Thank you!

Great little hidden gem

My partner and I stayed during a recent visit to see family/friends. The place is larger than expected with new appliances and split AC/HEAT elements and a nice little Keurig for those morning coffee drinkers. The neighborhood was quiet and located close both family in Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. Check in was quick and convenient. **Also the sink that most people seem to complain about worked just fine**A couple cups/dishes weren’t washed in the cabinet but wasn’t a problem. Dish soap and sponges were supplied. Other than that the place and bathroom were spotless.Thanks for a great stay
