We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!

It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach. The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. There was a bathroom light out that didn't get changed, and the sheets were upside down and I had to remake the bed. It was clean and newly remodeled. There is no stove or oven, and no dishwasher. There is a fridge/freezer(no icemaker), microwave, air fryer, Ninja blender, and a BBQ outside.

I had a lovely time at the Grouper. The house was easily marked The Grouper and easy parking! The apartment is as advertised. Perfect and beachy!!!All local places for food, eating out, clothing, are a short drive. The drive to Anna Maria Island is less than 3 minutes. I hope to visit again real soon. I want to stay here whenever possible.

The property was perfect for us. We visited familh over Christmas week and there is a great privacy backyard area and screened in sunroom. I had 2 dogs and it was great for them as well. There is a small beach area at the end of the block and Santa Maria Island is about 6 miles away. Great location and great food nearby

Fantastic Little Spot

Fantastic little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. Just a 8 minute drive to the beach and incredible food options all over! Would definitely recommend this spot and the smash burger joint was incredible!

GROUPER SUITE

It was perfect for us and the dogs. The doggies had a nice little enclosed yard to play in. Dave loved sitting in the enclosed patio for a smoke. We loved the cottage setup. The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had everything we needed. The kitchen/living was a great setup too.

Wonderful e perked e!

We had a great sty at the Grouper. It was clean, close to Anna Maia island and the beach. Very nice amenities. Comfortable, clean bed.We will return!NOTE: toaster doesn’t work and chair under the air conditioner got wet from the dripping a/c. We moved it when we realized it.

Like the specious living area. Laundry was convenient. But very noisy. Did not like that the code didnt work on the front door. They did not fix in the 6 days we were there. Great location. Beach isnt too far.

Double booked

I was very pleased with the final results after unfortunately getting double booked . The host was able to get us in their other property. Even though we had to change all our plans. We still ended up having a very comfortable and relaxing time. And was able to check out a little later. Very pleased with how they handled everything!!

Great little hidden gem

My partner and I stayed during a recent visit to see family/friends. The place is larger than expected with new appliances and split AC/HEAT elements and a nice little Keurig for those morning coffee drinkers. The neighborhood was quiet and located close both family in Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. Check in was quick and convenient. **Also the sink that most people seem to complain about worked just fine**A couple cups/dishes weren’t washed in the cabinet but wasn’t a problem. Dish soap and sponges were supplied. Other than that the place and bathroom were spotless. Thanks for a great stay

Comfortable bed and pleasant cottage overall. Enjoyed morning coffee in the screened room. Love that it’s so close to the beach! Mini-split in kitchen is dripping water badly. Turned it off before we left. Connected to wifi but no internet so not of any use for TV or phones. Too much light at night on the front of the house made it tough to sleep even with all the blinds closed. Thank you!
