"excellent parking room was excellent staff were great however some cleaning staff didnt appear to want to do to much in the room so i had to ask them to make the bed and do the dishs aappart from that its a great area with plenty to do "

"Parking is an absolute mission, but that's the only complaint, price you pay for city centre stay. No complaints in all fairness just work around it"

"I’ve stayed here before and the room sizes always blow me away, they are so spacious. The beds are super comfortable and plush. Check in was so quick and easy and the team are super friendly. The room was clean but I little run down, but I’d definitely stay here again."

" A gorgeous hotel with lovely decor, very clean and quiet. The room was smaller than expected but comfortable for an overnight stay, and the overall presentation was excellent."

"The hotel was very clean , the staff (the receptionist and the cleaners) are very friendly , helpful and efficient. The car park is good and free of charge. All the shops and cafes are about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Napier and definitely when I return to Napier I will stay at Expressotel, thanks."

"Great stay, perfect location with a beautiful view of the water. Loved the addition of a spa and washing and dryer and loved how the room had a split level. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay here. The only downside however, was that at bedtime we could hear what sounded like the washing machine/dryer from the rooms nearby, but thankfully the beds were comfy so we still got a nice sleep. And there were areas in the kitchen that had some spills that werent wiped down properly. Overall would definitely stay here again."
