"It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. "

"The check in was smooth, the location is perfect if you are coming by ferry from Onomichi, 2 minute walk. The complimentary lemon beer, juice and water were a nice touch. The public bath was very good too. The main street is very desolate, only a couple of restaurants open and all the shops were closed most of the time."
