「Read some negative comments from various hotels booking website, have struggled to book it or not, but there are not really many hotels / ryokans in Onomichi. Anyway, the reality is, starting from the check in till check out, we are very satisfied and amazed. We need to give it a fair comment to support the staff there. 「Great half-way stay on our cycling trip of the Shimanami Kaido. Very small room so somewhat overpriced for what you get, but location was fantastic, everything was very clean, & the on-site restaurant was so delicious!」

「It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. 」
