"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside. Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "

"We had an outstanding stay at the UH Continental Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. One of the highlights was that they graciously allowed us to check in early, which meant we could get to the beach sooner—a perfect start to our vacation! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our room was modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary deluxe gourmet breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. Another unexpected treat was the complimentary whiskey tasting every evening for an hour and a half, which added a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The combination of exceptional service, spotless accommodations, excellent amenities, and an unbeatable location made this one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We highly recommend the UH Continental Hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit!"

"My stay at Signiel Busan was, overall, excellent. The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, the sea views are stunning, and the breakfast buffet offered an outstanding selection of high-quality food. The staff were professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to assist. That said, there were a few disappointments that I would not expect from a five-star hotel. Check-in was advertised as 3:00 pm, but after a 2.5-hour train journey from Seoul followed by a one-hour taxi ride to the hotel, we arrived tired and looking forward to resting. Although the check-in process itself was smooth, our room was still being cleaned when we were escorted to it. The staff apologised sincerely and kindly offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited, which was appreciated, but the room should have been ready at the stated check-in time. The room itself was well-appointed and comfortable. However, I found it puzzling that the sea-view balcony had neither chairs nor a table, making it impossible to sit outside and enjoy the view. I was also informed that smoking on the balcony was prohibited due to fire safety regulations. While I fully respect safety policies, it was disappointing not to be able to relax on the balcony with an occasional cigar while on holiday. Overall, Signiel Busan is an excellent hotel with a fantastic location, exceptional service, and a wonderful breakfast. However, considering the premium price and the issues I experienced, I personally would choose"

"This is a decent 3 star hotel, with a location very convenient to the beach. Breakfast was reasonable quality, but nothing to write home about. Due to the proximity to the beach, most floors tend to be dirty (sandy), but that goes with the territory. All in all, a nice enough hotel, and cost effective."

"Lovely massive kitchen which we out into good use. And it has a dedicated laundry which was immaculate and clean. The rooms were spacious and great views of the ocean. The only draw back is the location - it is a bit far from busan but close to Lotte outlet and Lotte world so depends what you are after."
