「This a tough one to review. The house and location are outstanding! Our stay was impacted dramatically because the A/C in the upstairs (main living and kitchen) failed on day one of our stay. We could not keep the temp below 84 degrees (and I was sleeping in the upstairs bedroom). The property manager did respond and bring out portable a/c units that helped a little. 「This house is fantastic! It is impeccably clean and cool, beautiful views in all directions from windows and decks on both floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking device imaginable, and the patio bar has not one but three green eggs (S, M, & L) to grill and smoke with. The water access was ideal to launch our paddle boards and kayak, and the sun deck area wonderful. St. Clair is a excellent host and instructions were perfectly detailed. And we can't forget the Billiard and game...

「I cant say enough good things about our time at this home. The communication with the host was excellent. I had several questions as the week progressed, and got a response within minutes. The house, though my guess is older, was clean and well-kept. The view of the sound is absolutely magnificent. We caught multiple sunsets, which cannot be beat. The beach is about a 7-10 minute walk, depending on what you are carrying. There is a golf cart to use at an additional cost, but there is limited...
