「We had a lovely stay at the house. It works nicely for meditation retreats or bigger groups of adults getting together for a reunion. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and it was a very relaxing weekend. There was a bit too much chlorine in the hot tub, and it caused some skin issues for us, but the host said he would test the levels and take care of it for the next guest.」

「Upon arrival key code to get into door did not work nor throughout our entire stay! We emailed the host and hostess and rang the “ring” at front door never heard from them. We ended up picking the lock on another door to get in and found the directory with a phone number but once again no answer and was unable to leave a message…. We received a message the next day to see how our stay was going, so we sent them a message once again and no answer from them. We went through a huge can of wasp...

「The Decker Hotel & Bar was very quaint. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They had a cute little bar where we could enjoy a lovely cocktail. Fully enjoyed the town of Maquoketa IA. If you go to the Maquoketa Cave State Park and need a place to stay look up the Decker Hotel & Bar. Fully enjoyed the town of Maquoketa IA」
