Whitney was a wonderful host— friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything so simple for us. The property is absolutely spotless and has everything you could possibly want for a fun, comfortable weekend with family or friends. The rooms are big and cozy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could think of, which made cooking together a breeze. The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were at a Spa. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Honestly, if you’re looking for the perfect spot to bring your family or a group of friends, this place has it all. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at the farmhouse was outstanding. Whitney and Brian were so accommodating and wonderful to work with from beginning to end. So glad we were able to meet them. From ages 13 to 66, everyone thanked me for finding such a beautiful property to enjoy. Kids learned to swim while there. Thank you so very much for entrusting us to live in your home. God Bless! Fantastic Extended Family Experience!

We had a fantastic comfortable stay for RIT graduation weekend with extended family members ranging from 3 years to 90 years old! There’s abundant comfortable seating in multiple areas to accommodate visiting and the grounds, sports barn, and pool provided every opportunity for activity for those who needed it. Pantry and kitchen were well-stocked with appliances and cookware for meal preparation for our large group of 15. Out in the country, but no need to leave if you plan ahead and bring groceries groceries in. Beds all comfortable!

great place for a large family gathering!

Property was great for our children and grandchildren to to gather for a family gathering for a few days. The grandkids loved the pool, the large yard, firepit and the chickens/ducks for very entertaining. The barn play space was also great for them to play with all the toys and activities. Kitchen space was great and accomodated all 17 of us. And the pool, & hot tub were awesome as well Was a wonderful space to have a family getaway!!! All had a wonderful time!!

Fun Family Week

The farmhouse was the perfect spot for our extended family’s annual vacation! The kitchen was large enough to accommodate all 13 of us and with the pool house we had plenty of sleeping options for everyone. The kids loved playing in the barn, the trampoline, pool, and seeing the chickens on the property. Whitney was great at communicating during our stay and even provided many suggestions on local things to do which helped keep everyone busy. We really hope we can come back again!! I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway!

Big Family vaca at the cozy & room farmhouse

Our family of 18 (including three new babies) spent a week at the beautiful Farmhouse. With eight bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three sets of washers & dryers .. it was a dream for a big family like ours!! Having several separate sitting areas, a game room plus two large chefs kitchens made it functional, roomy and even quiet for those that needed space to chill, cook or relax. The barn and playroom were a hit for the kids! We loved it so much! It’s so hard to find space that works for a group as large as ours. Really special for us (the parents) was the separate and private guest house. We needed it after long days. I would highly recommend this for large families !

Brother’s 70th birthday celebration

This property was awesome! We were in town for a 70th birthday celebration and needed a gathering place before and after…..and sleeping room for our 3 kids and their spouses and their kids! The heated pool was a hit keeping the kids busy while adults “caught up”. The barn was so much fun to explore and was our backup in case of rain. Then every night the ones still standing would gather around the fire pit and make S’mores. The old farmhouse was new in all the right places but still had so much old charm. Everyone simply loved everything about this property and we were sad to leave! We would absolutely consider renting here again. It is a gem!
