“Great location on lake and services at hotel were great. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Twin beds were low to ground but comfortable. Kitchen was great and had coffee for in the morning. Nice patio for fresh air!”

“We had a wonderful stay! Accommodations are very homey and comfortable. Communication with management group was outstanding. We had an issue with a broken shower head which was remedied quickly! They were also very responsive to an our request for an hour later checkout due to weather. ”

“The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned.……

“Beautifully furnished condo the only complaint we have is that we specifically wanted a place with a hot tub. This listing states it has a hot tub; however the hot tub empty and not available for the entire stay. We tried contacting the host about this issue and they never responded on the status. I would recommend the host states that the hot tub is only available during certain seasons or if it is shut down for maintenance during booked times. This would have definitely changed our decision to……
