"My family and I stayed here a year ago when it was Embassy Suites. Parking was chaotic, guests typically had to wait a horrific amount of time for the elevators and Embassy Suites breakfast that they are known for was horrible, overcrowded and stressful.
Hyatt is updating a lot of the Hotel, which was already nice to begin with. The Valets were helpful and parking was not an issue. An elevator attendant keeps things moving and Hyatt eliminated the free breakfast so mornings in the lobby were not a nightmare. Hyatt is doing a nice job correcting the things Embassy management was doing wrong.
Be wary when booking. "Fallsview" may have a view of the falls but it may be out of the corner of the window. Both companies wanted to upgrade us to a better view for $100 upon arrival."
