Nice holidays

Full of discoveries and nice meetings. Concerning the stay in Oosterhout: All was ok except the welcome rather cold , and the lack of kitchen utensils( bread toaster, coffee maker with filters…) And please pay attention to the cleanliness of the mattresses: we founded long back hair in removing the linen…

Nice liking but needing love in reality

Nice concept but poorly managed. Guests were tolerated as long as they behaved otherwise they would be fined. Cleanliness poor, terrace dangerously slippery and one of us with a bad back fell. Welcome pack reads like a punishment menu.

An sich ein schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung: ABER

Im Grunde ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage mit geräumigen Häusern. Die Aufteilung der Räume sowie Schlafzimmer mit innenliegenden Badezimmern ist äußerst unpraktisch. In einem Schlafzimmer wurde das WC mit einer nicht abschließbaren Schiebetür, welche nicht einmal bündig mit der Wand abschloss versehen. Wer hier morgens in Ruhe einen abseilen möchte belohnt seinen Zimmergenossen mit ohrenbetäubenden Lärm und versüßt ihm das Erwachen mit herzhaftem Duft! Bei Ankunft waren die Badezimmer leider sehr dreckig! Überall lagen Haare vom vorherigen Gast (Toilette, Badewanne, Dusche und Waschbecken) herum. Die Dusche war mit sehr viel Rotschimmel versehen und die Dichtungen standen vor Kalk und Dreck! Abgerundet wurde dies alles dann mit dreckigem Geschirr sowie speckigen Deckeln für Töpfe und Pfannen. Wem das noch reicht, der wird bis in die Morgenstunden mit ohrenbetäubenden Lärm von Bierpong spielenden Teenagern wachgehalten, obwohl es eine Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr gibt. Fazit: VIEL zu teuer und wir kommen sicher nicht wieder!

Schöne Häuser perfekt für Familienurlaub

Gute Unterkunft mit toller und moderner Einrichtung. Ideale Lage wenn man Urlaub im Grünen machen möchte. Auch der Golfplatz ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Sauberkeit war Ok. Hätte besser sein können

Very nicely styled and designed villas. Most amenities provided, save for soap/shampoo. Beautiful property, good activities available. Communication is a bit confusing as you book through Expedia, then get duplicate and triplicate reservation notifications from VRBO and Bungalow.net.

Schlechtestes Kundenerlebnis aller Zeiten

Miserable Kommunikation. Als am 19.12. neue Coronaregelungen in der Niederlande eingeführt wurden, haben wir nach entsprechenden Optionen für unsere Buchung gefragt. Wir hatten Unterkünfte für 12 Personen (4 und 8) gebucht. Die neuen Regeln der niederländischen Regierung fordern ein Maximum von 4 Personen für drinnen und maximal 2 Personen die sich draußen aufhalten dürfen. Restaurant und Spa, die zwar nicht zum Park gehören, womit aber groß geworben wird, waren alle geschlossen. Es war nicht möglich mit dem Betreiber selbst zu sprechen, lediglich mit deren "Buchungsbüro". Dort trifft man auf sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit, die totale Inflexibilität und Mitarbeiter, die nichts entscheiden/bearbeiten dürfen. Ich musste hundert mal hinterher telefonieren. Die Antwort war schließlich, dass der Park geöffnet sei und die Regelungen der eigenen Regierung seien "nur" eine Empfehlung und nicht verpflichtend, daher halte man sich nicht daran und komme den betroffenen Kunden auch nicht entgegen. Wir haben weder einen Cent zurückerstattet bekommen, noch einen (Teil als) Gutschein erhalten. Das ist das Kundenunfreundlichste, was ich je erlebt habe. Danke für Nichts

Mooie ruime vakantiewoning met omliggend veel golfbanen

Wij hebben veel vanuit Oosterhout kunnen doen. De locatie zelf was gelegen aan de rand van een stuk bos, waar we met onze hond konden wandelen. Tip is om op het park bij de in/uitgang zakjes en een prullenbak te plaatsen.

Fijn verblijf met mogelijkheden voor uitstapje dicht in de buurt.
