「We really enjoyed our stay. We were a large group of 8 people and with the two separated apartments it was nice to spend time together but also get some calm and quiet. The big common room was perfect for our case, we had a big table for playing games and a sitting area for all 8 people. Our dog was welcomed as well, which was a plus. And we stayed there over new years eve and it was very quiet at midnight, no fireworks in the direct area which was perfect with a easily scared dog. Everything...

「The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. 「Wenn man bei Ankunft erstmal die gesamte Küche putzen muss,weil Essensreste auf den Tellern,Töpfen und Pfannen kleben,fängt der Urlaub nicht entspannt an. Um das Haus herum liegt viel Müll- Zigarettenstummel,Plastik,OB,etc...keine schöne Umgebung für Kinder. Das Haus muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Teppich oben ist voller Flecken,im kleinen Bad oben schließt die Duschtür nicht und die Duschkopfstange hält auch nicht mehr lange. Die Gardinen haben undefinierte Flecken. Die Betten sind bequem....

「Nice and comfortable, room.clean, bed comfortable Although there are limitless bottled water for the conference event, there were not a single bottled water in the room for the entire 4 nights. Not sure if it was intentional or is the tap water safe to drink, I just go to the Carrefour express near by for my drinking waters. Some how housekeeping refilled the coffee pods i use up, but not the tea bags or hot chocolate mix Other than that, this is a good stay 」
