Horrible experience

Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat.

Weekend z rodziną

Bardzo miły pobyt. Hotel ok, wygodne łóżka. Pokoje wyciszone. Jedzenie w restauracji ok. Troche długo się czekało ale do zaakceptowania. Basen wewnetrzny duży, woda ciepła, sauny ok. Zwenętrzny też ok. Pogoda była piękna więc czuliśmy się jak w zagranicznym kurorcie. Ogólnie bardzo polecam!

Hotel i obsługa były w pełni zadawalające. Dostałem dobry posiłek a pokój był czysty z wygodnym łóżkiem. Zabrakło szlafroka w pokoju i na basenie oraz mydła w basenowej łazience a za wodę w siłowni trzeba zapłacić. Myślę że w 4* to raczej nie powinno mieć miejsca.

Voorkom plaatsing in units buiten het hotel

Na een eerdere goede ervaring in het hotel, ben ik zonder informatie vooraf op een buitenterrein ondergebracht in een moderne zeecontainer. Dit met slechte faciliteiten en verwarming. Bij een verwachting van een 4* hotel een slechte performance. Ik zal bij een volgende boeking aldaar een kamer in het mooie hotel bespreken.

Schönes Haus mit Servicemängeln

Schöne Gebäude, sehr ruhig gelegen, problemlose Aufnahme mit Hund, gute Rezeption. Aber: Service im Restaurant gewöhnungsbedürftig, warmes Mineralwasser (nur aus Frankreich? - kommt in offener Flasche), kein Brot zur Suppe, auf Nachfrage kommt ein schlecht gebackenes Brot mit vielen Schwarzen Oliven. Hauptgang sehr weiche Wildschweinroulade, größtes Problem war die Zumutung von Naturschiefer essen zu müssen, das ergibt fürchterliche Geräushe von Messer und Gabel. Möbel im Zimmerbenötigen etwas Liebe. Zweistockzimmer bedeutet unten kalt - oben im Schlafraum warm. Als einziges deutschsprachiges Programm RTL entspricht nicht dem Anspruch des Hotels.

Bad, AVOID find something better

Really bad service. The reception staff is horrible unkind. Very arrogant. Restaurant staff and food is excellent. The rooms are ok (Ordered a queen-size bed but they only have 2 single beds put together), but the madrases need to be changed, these felt old. You can hear and feel the springs in the bed. The bathroom was not really well cleaned. The beginning of the fungus in the shower was clearly visible. Unfortunately I forgot my necessaries and rang the hotel the next day and send 3 emails as a reminder, but one week later I still am waiting on a reply. This rating will not help either.

Ude på landet med golf

Hotellet vidste ikke at vi ankom, da de ikke havde gennemgået deres mails. chekin to ca 1 time, dt har man ikke lyst til kl 22 om aftenen at stå og vente på chekin. Ellers var det et fint hotel rent og velduftende pænt værelse med det som skal være. Udenom hotellet var der en golfbane. Om morgenen var det uden de store problemer med ud chekningen.

Cichy hotel dla sportowców

Hotel ze świetną infrastrukturą dla piłkarzy, na miejscu 8 boisk. Pokoje nieduże jak na ten standard. Śniadanie obfite, dobra kawa i duży wybór dań. Polecam wszystkim szukającym ciszy i spokoju.

Nice atmosphere!

If you want to relax this is a very good hotel. The atmosphere is very nice. The food is good and the hotel in general has a very high standard. Good breakfast. I did not try it but I guess that it would be great for recreation outside also - the hotel is located in the middle of no-where.

Hotel abseits der Hektik

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Oplenica. Ruhige Lage im Grünen von diversen Sportanlagen umgeben (Golf, Tennis, Fussball, Leichtathletik usw.). Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit Strohdach - sieht sehr romantisch aus! Standard Einzelzimmer etwas klein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Personal spricht praktisch kein Englisch, auch nicht an der Reception. Die Bedienung war unterschiedlich, mal aufmerksam, manchmal weniger. Im Badezimmer sind die Armaturen nicht gerade sinnvoll angeordnet. Das Hallenbad müsste von der Sauna getrennt sein. Sauna in Badehosen ist ein no go! Fazit: Gebäude 4 Sterne, alles andere eher nur 3 Sterne.
