If you are planning a holiday close to the water and want to enjoy exciting activities, this house is the right choice. It welcomes you close to the Kvarner Bay and offers cosy and modern rooms that provide a beautiful setting for your time out. After an active day, make yourself comfortable in the living room, eat together and later you can chat for a long time in the cosy seating area or watch a film together.



Enjoy pleasant hours outdoors on balconies and terraces, for example with cold drinks and a delicious meal on a warm summer evening.



Take a stroll along the famous Lungomare promenade, which runs right by the sea. Enjoy the marvellous view of the crystal-clear water and the elegant villas of the Belle Époque. Immerse yourself in history Visit the historic centre of Opatija with its magnificent buildings, well-tended parks and traditional cafés. Explore the surrounding hills on foot or by bike. Hike through the fragrant Mediterranean vegetation or take a trip to the nearby Uka Nature Park.

Ein wunderschönes Haus .Sehr gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und mit viel Platz für eine große Familie . Im garten hat man die Möglichkeit grillen und chillen Unsere Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten gute Kommunikation miteinander gehabt. Gerne wieder !!!Vielen Dank für das schöne Aufenthalt in Opatija
