Villa Pia hält was sie verspricht, ca 10 Fahrminuten vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt, liegt sie mit schönem Meerblick sehr ruhig auf einer der vielen Anhöhen rund um Opatija. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung und sehr gut ausgestattet, Die große Terrasse, der Pool und der Garten sind ebenso sehr stimmig angelegt und man kann hier wirklich sehr gut entspannen und fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Die Vermieterin Suzi ist bei Bedarf immer erreichbar und steht einem mit Rat & Tat jederzeit gerne zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen...

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben modern, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit guter Zimmeranordnung und der Terassen- und Poolbereich laden zum Relaxen ein. Die Vermieterin Suzi ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat immer Antworten und Tipps parat. Durch die Lage in den Bergen hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf‘s Meer und viel Grün drumherum. Um dann die kulturelle und touristische Infrastruktur zu haben, muss man jeweils das Auto nutzen, bis auf einen kleinen „Konsum“, wo man die nötigsten Sachen kaufen kann.
