"Very wonderful place to stay!! Has everything you need at property, The fruit trees in yard was awesome, had dragon fruit, coconuts, bread fruit. Bikes to ride down to the beach, snorkeling gear and even surf boards. Talked to host he is very informative knows the area just an all around cool person. "It really is in a rain forest. We had a great visit. The place is well suited for guests . It is stocked well for all your needs: cooking, snorkeling, relaxing. There is plenty to do and we recommend the quaint stores and markets for local faire. Its surprisingly comfortable for no a/c. The property has coconut, mamme apple, avocado, among others."

"He really enjoyed our stay at this place, everything was clean. The size of the spot was fantastic. We’re a family of six with four kids. They love playing outside and catching lizards. Amenities inside place was great. Kitchen was well stocked thankful for the boogie boards and snorkel equipment and beach chairs. The beds were comfy. The AC was fantastic when we used it. Thankful for a great place to stay. Hilo was an amazing local place with good local vibes and local food. Several great places around Hilo we’re swimming and snorkeling and even boogie boarding. We even did the hike that’s nearby the house towards the coast. Was hoping to make it for a sunrise, but it was always kind of cloudy and rainy. It rained a decent amount which we loved because we’re from California and it never rains. very happy to say that we got the stay that we were exactly looking for!"

"We really enjoyed our time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though we were off grid we still were able to use our phones and internet. Be aware the bathroom and shower are outside but there is still plenty of hot water for the shower and there is a flushing toilet. Glen was an awesome host he kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend his place. You are completely in tune with nature and it was very relaxing."
