Oploo

Het vakantiehuis was gedateerd. Dat was niet erg. Maar wat wel erg was en dan ook voor VRBO een blamage was dat het niet echt schoon was. Wel voor het zicht, maar in de laden was het vuil. JE moest eerst alles afwassen voordat je wilde gebruiken. De was zat nog in de wasmachine, die dan ook draaide toen wij binnenkwamen. Beslist geen schoonheidsprijs!!!!

Wir haben eine Party gemacht, weil wir als Familie zusammen waren, aber leider war das Haus nicht sauber und sehr unsicher für kleine Kinder. Der Teppich war lose, das zweite Badezimmer, das wir mit 11 Personen haben würden, entpuppte sich als Baustelle, überall lagen Werkzeuge und Baumaterial herum, Stromkabel hingen lose. Die Wände waren sehr schmutzig von geschlagenen Fliegen und Mücken, die Kaffeemaschine war so schmutzig und hatte noch einen gefüllten Kaffeefilter drin. Besteck war schmutzig, was in der Schublade war, in der Teekanne war eine dicke Schimmelschicht. Wir haben erstmal das nötigste gereinigt bevor wir alles nutzen konnten. In einem Schlafzimmer waren Werkzeuge und kaputte Sachen in einer Holzkiste direkt neben dem Kinderbett, es war geradezu schrecklich. Wir haben es reklamiert und hoffen, dass die Reinigung wirklich besser ist. Den Betrag für die Endreinigung wollten wir nicht bezahlen. Wir fragen uns wirklich, was sie mit Reinigung meinen. Wir haben den Betrag zurückbekommen, nachdem wir Belvilla angerufen haben. Es wird mit dem Slogan geworben, dass dieses Haus eines der schönsten Häuser in Belvilla ist. Wir fragen uns, ob dies das schönste ist und wie der Rest der Häuser aussehen wird. Wir werden daher nicht mehr bei Belvilla buchen.
