「The apartment had an unusual layout with a tiny kitchen and the table area down the hall. Two of my brothers and I were in the area for a funeral. We had plenty of space and individual privacy. The description said that there was a bed in the common area, so I booked it for 3 adults. The host informed me that there was not a bed but provided a blowup mattress. When the mattress did not hold air, she immediately provided a new one. The host was very responsive. 」

「This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

Because of a scheduling glitch, I found myself needing last minute accommodations. The staff at Placemaker were compassionate and kind as I had to move our stuff from one hotel to this one as my daughters were auditioning. 「We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there...

「Personally we went there through the greyhound bus, which was litteraly next door so it was a perfect location for us! + we went to Pittsburg for Tekko Convention, which was again, really a perfect location for us since it was litteraly a 5-10 min walk away!
