"Everything was as explained on the VRBO site. Marie (and Cliff) were so easy to work with and very kind. We have stayed in the Rangeley area many, many times over the past 46 summers and we are glad we chose this place this time. Not on water but Haley Pond is right across the street (amazing water view) and so we still used our canoe."

"The property is amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, and private. The water can get choppy, the best thing we did was to bring our inflatable SUP. Handled the water great and the kids loved taking it out to jump off of to swim! The ride to either store (O.G. or IGA) was no problem. Definitely no traffic jams! The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely will book again, 2 weeks next time! Also BIG bonus to be able to have real fires in the fireplace. I had previously rented a cabin in Colorado and not allowed any fires and it was a gas fireplace - just not the same. Awesome vacation to spend time with loved ones with zero hassles. We had 6 adults, a 6 year old, 10 month old and one dogThank you Bret and Co. for renting out your amazing piece of heaven to us!Judy and family"

This clean cabin/camp with beautiful scenery, lake, hot tub, fire pit, bbq, and nearby (2mi) public lake, grocery/general store, easy hiking, and dining options within a few miles is amazing. In mid July the weather was 70s-50s in this sleepy north country town. The screened in tent on the lake was also a highlight."
