Good Property - Could be Great with a few changes

First - The positives - Great location, fantastic view, loved the layout of the condo. Well-stocked kitchen with plates, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, etc. Pretty much everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. The negatives - the welcome email indicated the unit comes with a reserved first floor parking space. Searched for 45 minutes and made two phone calls to the number provided to see if they could tell me where the space was (no response or call back). Finally found someone at the front desk and was told there was no reserved space for our unit (there used to be but they sold it). I would recommend they change their welcome text. Second, there were four temporary support poles on the balcony. I don't know if the were supporting the roof of our balcony or keeping the guard rail from falling off. It was somewhat of a distraction and would have been nice if we were told in advance. Third, neither the deadbolt nor the safety latch on the front door work. Lastly, for a $600/night condo it would be nice if they didn't cheap out on the necessities. It wouldn't kill them to supply two-ply tp, decent paper towels, and more than two trash bags. I was also disappointed that I never got a response from the management company.

Beach getaway!

We had the absolute best vacation this week! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with plenty of plates, cookware, and glassware. We knew to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper so we were prepared. It was comfortable and well maintained. We will return!

Fabulous view, nicely decorated, roomy kitchen and comfortable furniture. Would absolutely stay here again if they would get a new bed for the Master bedroom. It was very lumpy and you slid to the middle of the bed and it was very hard. Even a 3 inch piece of foam would help. Myra M

Beautiful View and Location

Once again we loved our stay. The condo was well-stocked and very comfortable. The view is gorgeous, and the beach is right there, complete with a nice beach chair guy named Dylan. We highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay at the Admiral's Quarters. The condo was big and comfortable for our family of 5. The walk to the beach is not super long from the condo. The kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

Awesome experience at Admirals Quarters

We have stayed at Admirals Quarters many times but this was the first time renting through Vrbo. The owners of #1104 were SO quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. It was definitely a plus to have confidence in the owners.

Excellent Stay!

This is a beautiful condo with a large balcony has a fabulous view of the Gulf. The pool and the beach are simply wonderful, and it’s located close to several great restaurants and bars. We did not experience any problems at all. The owners the nicest people and answered all of the questions I had clearly and politely. . We will definitely stay here when we return to Orange Beach.

We love Admiral’s Quarters . . . The rooms are such a nice size. This unit is not our favorite. Pleasing decor and color, well-equipped but could use some attention. We would stay here again only if the price were right.

Very nice condo

Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and the property managers were very responsive. A few issues with the wine chiller not working and the ice maker not working and during our stay the grills were unavailable due to construction on the property but the property managers were able to get the condo to provide portable grills for our use. I was unhappy that the access to the beach wasn’t open early enough to go sit and watch the sunrise on the beach and I was unable to see it from the balcony due to the angle. I have never stayed in a condo that the access to the beach was locked at midnight and didn’t open back up till 7:15ish. Overall we did enjoy this unit and our stay.

Fall Break Paradise

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this property! It was really nice, very clean, had everything we needed, and was extremely easy to access. If we visit Orange Beach again, we will definitely be staying here.
