Fabulous condo!

We absolutely LOVED it! Our group consisted of 5 adults & 4 kids & we had plenty of space to spread out & enjoy! The balcony views were absolutely stunning & plenty of seating to accommodate all of us. The condo was beautifully decorated & very clean! Everything we needed for cooking they had! We loved being on the second floor! Steps to the beach, pools & hot tub! The coffee shop in Phoenix 1 had some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to go back next summer!!

Good location. Other issues.

The location was nice. It was easy access to the beach. Pools were good for the whole family. Beaches were nice. The condo itself is only accessible by stairs. You didn't have to wait for an elevator, but was a bit difficult with lots of stuff and kids multiple times a day. The condo had strong mildew smell in the main part and air filters looked like they hadn't been changed in many months. A/C in the two extra bedrooms did not work well. The master bedroom did work well.
