  • Gorgeous property fully equipped for a relaxing vacation in the luscious OBA! Condo is on the 4th floor in the middle of the complex with a wide range of views from the balcony and master bedroom. View everything from the Perdido Bridge to Robinson Island. Quietly perched on the bay side for maximum relaxation. This condo is stocked with all appliances and dishware needed to relax to the fullest. Bar B Que grills are on site next to the boat slips for your convenience or cook in the condo on new appliances.

    Condo is 8 minutes from The Warf and 8 minutes from Perdido Beach public beach assess points. Enjoy fine dining in a flash after a long day at the beach. Unwind on the balcony while watching the kids play in the lazy pool or chase hermit crabs along the bank. You really can't go wrong with this condo.

unit needs updating

the unit needs updating. one kitchen drawer front is disintergratingl, two of the wall sockets are loose. no lighting over the sink or under overhead cabinets. top of refrigrator was dirty . found a pair of childrens under shorts behind night stand in master bedroom. guest bedroom needs new mattress. some of the pillows are stained with dried blood spots. guest bathroom tub faucet leaking. kitchen cabinet doors. missing.back splash in kitchen is peeling off. closets in master and guest bedrooms cluttered with miscellaneous personal items. where the trash receptacle was previously located in the island was open and very dirty. this unit was not worth the money we paid due to above issues. we viewed another unit in the same building, that was immaculate and they charge less money. I will not rent this unit again.
