Great location, small but cozy, worked for a small family. Vent fan on oven was broken, got a little crazy when we cooked bacon. Would stay again.

This was our first visit to the area and were thoroughly pleased with this condo! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked, enjoyed the patio table with views of the beach and gulf. The location was a plus- nearby to many restaurants and shopping. Perfect location.

Nice room. Clean, good amenities. Ocean easily accessible. Hot tubs and pool were not crowded and were clean. Staff was friendly. Located close to restaurants and Walmart. The only issue we had was the elevators. The weight times were often long and they were crowded.

Orange beach vacay!

The building is dated but the updates to your condo was very nice. Outside furniture was nice but wasn't very comfortable for relaxing. Needed more hangers in closets and chest of drawers in both bedrooms weren't very accessible. Kitchen was well equipped. View was excellent.

Awesome view from the balcony/bedroom/living room. Layout of the condo is nice and spacious. Clean/professional facility inside and out. Wish there were less fees on Vrbo since it jacks up the nightly price quite a bit from what’s advertised but still had a great time.

The condo was spotless and spacious for its size. Work was being done on the balconies so was not able to use it. I knew work was being done when I booked and gambled that ours would be usable. I lost that bet. That was a bit disappointing but the property manager did work and try to make a move. We were still able to open the curtains and enjoy the view. Beds were very comfy. Overall, I was impressed with this condo and will book again.

Current Noisy Construction & Debris / Dust

We were not told anything about the construction at the crack of dawn and the obstruction to the beach view we would have from before 8am-5pm. The left over days dust and debris was all over the back patio so we couldn’t enjoy the evening on the balcony. I went to the beach to relax - this was far from a relaxing choice. Laying out by the pool with dust falling on you and the extreme noise above the pool with 20 + workers was not relaxing. This type of construction should have been noted in the listing and a discount given for the repairs being made or should be done prior to peak season. Just giving my personal experience- im exhausted and ready for some quiet sleep.

Every year we do a friends trip & this year we decided to stay here! It was a perfect spot for our kids who are all under the age of 3. The condo was newly renovated and the amenities like the splash pad, pool and beach access were great! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!
