Our stay was very nice, condo was great! Check in was easy and efficient, ladies I talked to were very helpful. The kitchen was large and very nice with everything you need .

Great Large Condo

Great location, plenty of parking, never had a wait for an elevator. Nice large balcony with great views of the gulf. Kitchen was well stocked, having an icemaker in the bar was a huge bonus!

A Fun Stay in a Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and clean! With the 4 bedrooms and sleeper sofa, it was the perfect fit for our family of 14! The views from the 26th floor were amazing! The lazy river, waterslide, pool, and beach provided days filled with fun! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Our family had a great time. There was plenty of room for us and it’s a large family. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The lazy river is phenomenal and beach access convenient. We also enjoyed hiking the state park trails right across the street.

The condo itself was really nice, but the property itself, and customer service at Brett Robinson can do a lot better. For one, the check-in process was TERRIBLE. We could not check in at 4 pm because the unit was not ready. I’ve been traveling for 30 years, I’ve never had a lodging space not ready at 4. In addition, there is no one available at the front desk after 5 pm and security was non responsive. The fact that we had very little, to no, WiFi or phone signal, this made check-in a nightmare. Finally, customer service gave me the wrong information about locating our unit. So finding our unit was a cluster . . . Therefore the main issue with the property would be property management and customer service, but the actual unit itself was pretty nice.
