Perfect Mid-Winter Break
We hate winter! Nice to escape a bit to this beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Communication with host was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. Bed and linens were comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings & mornings, as well. Really cool watching the dolphins from the balcony. Wish the check-in/check-out times (4:00/10:00) allowed more time and for that reason, we might pick another unit next time. Other than that, stay was enjoyable.

New Years family trip
We really enjoyed our stay- have been to Turquoise Place multiple times and always have a good time. The unit was nice and comfy with a few issues. Hot tub didn’t heat up properly, no or almost dead batteries in remotes. One of the showers leaked behind the faucet. I was disappointed in lack of response to messages before and after our stay.

Fall family vacation
The unit was very nice and as expected. Just an FYI if you book through VRBO, email communication may come from “Bookerville”. I missed several key emails since I wasn’t aware of who to look for and they had gone into my spam folder. The check in process was simple and the unit had absolutely anything you’d need to stay in and cook as well as close to an abundance of great restaurants nearby if you don’t to. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. Our family vacays have commonly been on 30A, but we have found our new favorite at Turquoise Place! The Unit was beautifully designed and decorated. Beach theme was perfect. The kitchen was immaculately stocked. Cook & hostess dream! Coffee on balcony in morning watching the dolphins come in and evening sunset views were amazing! Master bath whirlpool tub and balcony jacuzzi perfect! Pools (even indoor pools) & lazy river were spectacular! Looking forward to bringing Kids back next year for new water slide, pools & other resort activities! They will love it!!

Beautiful Place in a great location
We had a lovely time in this gorgeous and clean facility. The only tip I would give is to bring your own necessities. This condo had nothing! No salt, no pepper, no coffee filters, no tinfoil, etc! No drawer with extra wrapped forks and condiments from previous renters. It isn't a big inconvenience, but its to be noted so you can pack accordingly.

Sweet home, Alabama!
This 18th floor condo has terrific views looking out to sea and up/down the immaculate white sand beach. It is nicely furnished and appointed throughout... and quiet, even with kids doing wind sprints above us.. Kitchen is well-stocked with tableware, pots and pans. Beds are comfortable. AC/heat work well if needed. Plenty of hot water for laundry and showers. (on one day, water in the building was shut off twice without notice or explanation, so no showers or laundry) A few minor indications of wear and tear: one bedroom closet door off-track and thus unusable; jets in master tub don't work; squeaky doors in bedroom/bath. Because this is beach resort, it was a surprise to find that the condo has no beach towels, beach chairs or other beach equipment. We purchased beach stuff locally. You can rent chairs and umbrellas but not towels or ocean toys from a concessionaires on the beach, or bring your own to save time and expense. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities within a 20 minute arc. Overall, a good fit for the five of us.

There is of course no way to go wrong with this property. The amenities are all you could possible desire. The location is central to both shopping and dining as well as convenient to the Gulf Park trail systems.

Beautiful condo!
The condo and it's location was amazing. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking tools. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well laid out. The two complaints I have are the two beds in the front were so loud and creaky every time you would move on them. Last complaint is the communication between the people renting us our condo were not very responsive. They would never return my calls and would randomly respond via text. I had some confusion with the extra parking costs and it took around a week to resolve. Overall, great property and beautiful location.

Great Condo
The condo was everything we expected and more. Very spacious and great views. The location was great as we found many restaurants and activities close to the property. The condo itself was 5 stars. We had some communication issues with the property manager. We had some questions and a simple maintenance request that went unanswered. It didn't affect our stay but would have been nice to have had some response. Check in and out was easy. We would book again.

1st timers to Orange Beach
The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked and very comfortable however the hot tub was not usable (horrible smell and color of water) - the sauna and workout room were closed which was disappointing as well as finding out the heated pool was in the adjacent building and not easily accessible. Was surprised I only saw Turquoise staff 1 time in 4 days - had to ask other guest questions to get answers. Again beach access/restaurants etc were very convenient and unit great -

Great stay! Exceptionally clean unit (aside from the lump of brown play-doh I assume some child left in the master closet as a prank:). At booking, we had a question for property manager that was ignored. Reservation said we would receive check-in instructions 48 hour prior. Despite a message from me the day before, we did not receive our check in information until just after 11 - less than 4 hours prior to our arrival. This definitely made me nervous. I replied to that email with the same question I had at booking and it was still ignored. We did have to call for the wi-fi password and they answered and sent it to me immediately so I appreciated thT very much! Beautiful unit in a beautiful resort and perfect location. Communication with the property manager was our only struggle!

The condo and property was beautiful. The condo had absolutely everything we needed. 3 couples stayed comfortably with everyone having their own bathrooms. Powder room was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub and balcony were so nice especially with the wonderful weather we had. Location was perfect and Turquoise Place felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property - Book with Confidence
Family spent a week at this property. We all thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and all agreed we would be spending more time at this location in the future. Highlights: Parking right next to elevator, All rooms have own bathroom/shower, Stand alone ice maker, Grill and a Balcony to spend entire days on. Renting lounge chair/umbrella from the beach service made life real easy. For newbies to condo's like us. Remember to pick up: Laundry & Dishwasher detergent, Toilet Paper, Paper towels. Enjoy!

Beautiful condo, great host!
The condo was exceptional, and outfitted extremely well. Despite a terrible storm right before we arrived which made things a bit chaotic, the hostess, Leigh, went above and beyond communicating to make sure we were taken care of properly. This was so helpful since we had my elderly parents with us. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Perfection on Orange Beach
The pictures do not do this place justice! It is huge! And they are even missing a bathroom in the listing. There is a lovely half bath with the most beautiful wallpaper also included. Our three teenagers as well as their grandparents all marveled at this condo and its spectacular views. It was so refreshing coming from further north to revel in the freedom of the south. People were refreshed, relaxed, and just happy to be on vacation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Incredible!
When we decided to go to Orange Beach for our vacation this year, we looked at many different units and may different properties. Our daughter actually found this unit and after reviewing we decided on it. What a beautiful place! The pictures on the website can't do it justice. It probably the most elegant condo we have stayed in on the Gulf Coast. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Plenty of bathrooms for our large family (and 2 young daughters)! The kitchen was top notch and plenty of room in the fridge. Having the hot tub and grill on the balcony were very nice amenities. The rental rate compared to other units at Turquoise was very good and we felt like we got a great deal. Well worth the money. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Orange Beach!
