While away watching the boats sitting on your private balcony with the Amazing view! This 2BR 2B is so adorable and comfy. You will love having everything you need for a relaxing vacation Sleeps 8 comfortably. Updated kitchen and floors. Summer Breeze is a low density complex that boasts of sparkling pool and grilling area and is conveniently located right across the street from dining and shopping at San Roc Cay. It has been updated with tile throughout, New Stainless steel appliances, New AC, New Livingroom furniture, and mattresses.

This complex is gated and has a beach gate code so only those with a reservation there can access any of its amenities. You are just steps to the boardwalk to your own private beach You are within walking distance to shopping and next to The Gulf restaurant. You are close to all things Orange Beach. There is plenty of parking to accommodate. Fisherman Paradise off pier and jetty. Species such as pompano, redfish, black drum, and many more can be caught. Outdoor pool with bathrooms.

Management did a great job setting us up for success with the details like toilet paper, paper towels, dish cleaning supplies, including laundry soap. Plenty of towels and lots of pillows with different firmness!Loved how small the community was and privately tucked away. Perfect for me and my kids who don’t like crowds! Location perfect for seeing sunsets and walking to a few restaurants and beach shops! While on the beach we enjoyed watching the boat traffic from the bay and even got fireworks one evening!What you go without…very small pool and fitness facilities! Did not have a great view, but room was good. The biggest problem was the door lock must be low on batteries. It would work sometimes and sometimes it wouldn't work at all, so we had to leave the door unlocked.
