We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything was very nice, especially the view. We would recommend this location.

The condo was perfect for our group of 4. We had plenty of room as the condo can sleep 8 using the sleeper sofa. The view of the pool and beach from the balcony was great! There was minimum wait time for elevators. The ONLY negative for us was the refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker.

First Solo Grandkids Beach Trip

The condo is very beautiful and comfortable with an excellent view and location. We were SO IMPRESSED with the staff at Phoenix East; from the front staff to the security, to the pool maintenance, even the pest control staff was very professional and friendly! We had a door off in front of the washer/dryer and it was repaired by a very friendly, professional "handyman".very quickly Our grandkids loved the room with the two beds and not having to share. They loved it so much that they left a note thanking the staff for a comfortable, dark room with a large TV and a full bath. The elevators were quick, the pool was AMAZING, the walkway to the beach was nice. We would let you know that there are two hairdryers, 3 coffee pots with a Keurig. We would have appreciated a cookie sheet, plastic plates and plastic cups because the plates were breakable and heavy; the kids struggled with them but we manage to avoid breaking any., but we also purchased paper plates, plastic cups and storage containers for leftovers. We also loved the fact that the chairs on the balcony were tall enough to see over the rail but BOY they were bulky and heavy so hard to maneuver around on a smaller deck. We loved the views from the balcony seeing boats, dolphins, Pirate ships traveling into the canal. We would definitely book this condo again because we loved our stay and how easy the rental company was to deal with.

Great place to stay but lighting wasn’t good even after they added the bulbs there wasn’t enough lighting the the bathroom. Need better cleaning, not clean under the couch and the couch bed needs a new mattress and baseboards needs cleaning. If these things were taken care of I would rate a 10 out of 10
