Great condo for a small family; excellent location

The condo was spotless. The pillows on the beds were wonderful! A really great experience. The kitchen was well equipped, two queen beds and 1 king bed and two baths. The pool was right outside the patio gate and the inground pool and hot tub were next door. They had tons of carts and luggage carts to unload your car and bring to the condo. Checkin was seamless and checkout was as easy as leaving the keys at the front desk

Great location, but terrible condo!

Filthy, non working ice machine, absolutely disgusting back patio, was no way we could sit on the patio & enjoy anything at all, the chairs were literally ripped to shreds, the glass top table was covered in mold, there was a leaning screen door that my 2 year old boy ran into & almost knocked onto himself, exposed wires in the guest bedroom where we wanted him to stay, but too dangerous. It was an absolute joke. Spent over 2k for a ; night stay! Ridiculous!! The owners & the Phoenix should be ashamed to even rent out this property! Needs to be taken down!
