“First impressions are lasting… upon arrival for our five night stay at the Hampton Inn, my wife and I were initially greeted by several personal hairs left on the bathroom vanity from the previous occupants. Additionally, candy wrappers were left along side the bed leading us to wonder, had the bed sheets been just as carefully tended to? “I’m not sure if we were just offered the worst room in the hotel, or if people aren’t being honest. The room is completely dated! Blood on the floor by the tub, black mildew/mold that has been covered with caulking. Blood even on the lamp. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. To see so many positive and amazing reviews, I really feel my daughter and I received the worst room there. ”

“Awesome that the owner supplied a parking pass for our stay. We were on the 12th floor ocean view. Awesome view, we rented two chairs and an umbrella for our stay; walk down with the cooler and we were set for the day. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable. Very minimal supply in the unit. We went to the store and put up some staples. Unit had everything we need cooking utensil wise. Very pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again. ”

“Great location however the photos of the trim are not quite accurate. The patio doors are glazed over, there was mold on the curtains, rugs looked aged and dirty. The HVAC system struggled to keep up and the kitchen was very cheaply put together. Some cupboards didn’t hardly open. The furniture was very worn as well. ”
