Yearly Old Ladies "Fun in the Sun" Getaway!

The cleanliness of the condo and property went a long way in making our decision to definitely come back here again. Everything worked perfectly and met all our needs to have a comfortable much needed vacation.

Overdue getaway

Great location, central to lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores. Right on the beach, one of my favorite features of the unit was the large balcony.

Stay was decent for last minute trip

The condo is a bit dated overall, but still clean. Initial items for stay were provided such as soap, toilet paper...etc. the location of condo was convenient with stores close and beach less crowded. Some Furniture needs to be replaced

Great location with easy check in

The property amenities are very nice. Small scale building on the beach. Excellent location. Not overcrowded. Very clean. Comfy beds. Agent was easy to work with and communication was excellent. Den furniture needs replacing. Board in couch is of no help. It just needs new couch and chairs. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub and chair service. Kitchen well stocked.

Fall Break

Condo was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Did not understand not having any towel racks on the master bath. There were no pot holders or any kitchen towels, only 1 throw away sponge to clean kitchen.

Horrible construction lack of amenities

The view was amazing but the lack of amenities was horrible. 2 towels per bathroom with one small thing of detergent. I had to wash towels daily and go buy my own detergent. Asked to run dishwasher before we left , but only provided one pod to wash for 5 days. Construction was so horrible woke us up every morning, couldn’t even hear the tv .

Clean and close to the beach

Check in was as simple as a text message telling me the room is ready for me. Also received the door code via text message. The room was spotless when we arrived, the only issue we had was the fridge wasn’t cooling properly but we got in touch with the maintenance and they arrived quick and fixed the issue same day. No complaints from me about how this property is managed. The pools were clean and there was always a worker sweeping the property and disinfecting the elevators which for germaphobes is a great thing. The beach access was as simple as walking around the corner of the property. The had water hoses set up along the walkway to was the sand off before re-entering the property after your day in the sand. I would recommend this property to anyone who asked. Checkout was easier then the check in. You just text the number provided “checkout” and it’s that simple. I had a great time and would stay at this property again no doubt.

Just OK

First I had to buy a second parking pass for 60 on a unit that sleeps 10. How many vehicles fit 10 people with luggage? But had I booked after May, it would have been included. This is a scam. Upon arrival I knew I needed to go to the room to get the parking passes. Maybe 20 minutes passed from the time we parked to the time I returned to the vehicles with the parking passes and we already had a warning on our vehicles due to improper parking. No grace. Smokers should be aware of their surroundings and not make others ingest second hand smoke but the security folks have strict rules and it’s absurd to treat those spending thousands of dollars like children and force us to walk to the far corner near the main road to smoke. While getting settled and bringing our luggage upstairs, we left some items outside the room door so we could reduce the number of trips up and down the elevator with plans to bring all items inside. Another violation. Hanging wet towels off the balcony. Another violation. In summary, do your homework. There are tons of places to stay that are far better and treat adults like adults than this place. Rules should be in place to protect people. Not rule people.
