Great location!

The unit was spotless and lovely. This was the perfect spot for us! We were able to enjoy time on the beach without crazy spring break crowds. When the weather didn’t cooperate we had many quick drivable options for things to do. The proximity to local entertainment was great! We would stay here again!

Our favorite Orange Beach lodging

We have a family of 5 and go to OB annually and this is our first Regency Isle stay and it was our favorite! We will be back. Easy to get to pool and beach and back to room without waiting in long lines like we have at the Phoenix.

Excellent Views

Condo was very nice upon entry, well maintained, nice & comfortable furniture and overall appearance. Massive balcony overlooking pool area and just beyond that, the entirety of Orange Beach: What A View! One thing I will make anyone reading this aware of, while the condo is mostly stocked with dishes/silverware, there is not much else. Bring food storage, foil, plastic wrap, any spices (salt & pepper too), toilet paper (2 total rolls were provided), hand soap, laundry and dish detergent, etc. We did have a couple issues with appliances, the oven wasn't working the night we checked in, nor was the refridgerator. Unfortunately we didn't know the fridge wasn't working until the next morning, which cost us some $$$ in lost food. Liquid Life did get a new fridge out the next afternoon (we contacted them in the morning), and fixed the oven too. The toaster never worked either.

Love Regency Isle

This is our second time staying at Regency Isle. Love the big balcony, additional ice maker in the room, and there are less than 100 condos so no big crowds on the beach.

Summertime Retreat ‘23

This was our first time staying at the Regency Isle. Let me just say,, I was really impressed! First of all, ALL amenities were in working order, clean and easy to use and find. The condo staff were pleasant and helpful ( when needed, but that wasn’t often) Our room was very well kept. Furniture was nice, clean and comfortable. Bedding was also very comfortable. The condo was furnished with just about any utensil u may need. BIG plus. Also, love the wet bar and ice maker. I highly recommend this condo and Liquid Life Vacation Rentals.
