Perfect beach weekend

The Phoenix VI was perfect for our family beach fix. Centrally located, great views and amenities, and very convenient beach access. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Vacation Spot

This has been a great spot to stay in the last couple of years! It is very clean, great location, and plenty of dished to use if needed. (We brought some of our own things, but it was nice to have when we needed something we forgot.) The only thing I would say is the dryer does not dry very good. We had to run a smaller load more than once just to get it dry. We hung dry our towels outside on the balcony.

Everything was PERFECT!!!! Condo was clean and spacious!!! Has everything you need. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. I have saved the condo and room number for our next visit.

Fall Break 2024

Fantastic, glad we stayed over a week here. Only downfall is the elevators to the condo building, only 2 working the entire time. Get ready for crowded elevators and long wait times.

Great stay at Phoenix 6. Our room was on the 15th floor and wasn’t bad even with two kids. The room itself was awesome. Great view of the beach and gulf. Enjoyed our stay all around and would book again.

End of summer getaway

The property was exactly as pictured. Well equipped for a laidback beach vacation. A short elevator ride puts you steps away from beautiful white sand beachfront.
