Great view, spacious condo. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor pool / hot tubs. Centralized location in Orange Beach, very easy access to everything. Highly recommended, one of the best condos we have been in.

Great location, close to walmart and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Property wasn't cleaned very well with master bathroom drain working slowy and food/nail clippings on floor by couch.

1415 is just as listed in the pictures. Clean and well decorated Linen, towels and couch were soft. Bedrooms very spacious. Loved that you could sit on the couch and look at the water Would book again

Great location and excellent view from the balcony. Never had to wait for dinner seating. However, a recliner pictured in the photos, did not exist. The sofa was soft and sat low so that it was difficult to get up. The TV instructions were hard to understand. We were able to get Netflix and Prime but could not get any local news or weather.

Remotes for TV's needed batteries, shower curtain in second bathroom fell twice, took the drier long time to dry towels. Had a great time, a lot to do even if you do not go to the beach. Was not able to figure out how to turn on the living room fan and light.

The property and location were amazing. The kitchen was definitely fully stocked. The only downside was the elevator situation, there were a couple of times we waited over 30 minutes for an elevator. There were 4 elevators for 15 floors of condos, and one elevator was down several days of our trip. Other than that the condo was beautiful with a wonderful view and comfortable beds. The master bath shower could use a better shower head. The second bath was much better though.

This place was clean! It looked exactly like the photos which is usually not the case. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be back next summer. I laughed at the reviews regarding the master shower but they weren't wrong. It was tricky to use at 1st and the water was way too hot. You might consider turning the water heater down a touch and/or replacing the old shower faucet/head so nobody gets scalded. Overall, a fabulous getaway for our family in a beautiful condo.

Condo was the perfect size for our familyOf 4. We had 2 pack n plays in the second bedroom for the kids. The master bathroom could use a new showerhead but that’s about it! Very comfy king bed and amazing views of the ocean. Kids loved the splash pad and pool. Location couldn’t of been better.
