We had a fantastic stay. 5 friends from high school and college got together for a 3 day weekend. It had been over 40 years since we hung out like this. The place was perfect. The beach was a big bonus.

We really enjoyed our family vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 9, ranging in age from 9 to 80 years old. Great beach, we enjoyed time at the pool too and there were plenty of beach chairs for all of us.

We loved how big the house was, how clean it was, and especially the private access to the beach. That’s with all kinds of fun stuff to do beach chairs and was a great spot for the weekend.

We loved this house and the privacy afforded by the gated entry. It was quiet, near the beach, tennis courts and swimming pool. We basically stayed right there. Kitchen was well stocked. Linens too. Will stay there again for sure.

This was our first time staying in a house on the beach. We will never go back to a condo. This was perfect for our family of 9. We had great beach access and a pool. Pool water was warm but we survived that. The house location was great for grocery, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely be back to this area.

We came down for my Father-in-Law’s 60th Bday and had 6 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. Great place, if we needed anything the property manager was prompt in responding. We will save this listing for next year.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The house was spacious and well-appointed, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. Very short walk (a couple of minutes) to the beach. Definitely enjoyed! The only 2 things that I would comment on is 1) the '4 bathrooms' - yes there are, but one is actually outside the home underneath, so it's not exactly what we expected and ended up mostly sharing the 3 bathrooms inside. And 2) the kitchen is very well supplied with pots/pans, dishes, etc, but had absolutely no condiments or spices. I've never stayed in a place that didn't at least have salt/pepper and a few other basics. Otherwise, it was a great place and we definitely enjoyed the stay!

The listing forgot to mention Construction on the road in FRONT of the property. WiFi did NOT work properly - had to go to Southern Grind for 3 days to work remote. Then A/C upstairs went out. The managers did credit us some days but I would be very wary of this company!!

This was a great get away week. The house was great and a short walk to the beach and pool. The beach is very clean with beautiful white sand. The area was quiet except for some road noise. Close to nice restaurants and grocery. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was everything it was advertised. Very comfortable for a group of twelve, plenty of parking, kitchen was well appointed for cookware, dinnerware. Location, location location - short stroll to the beach, swimming pool and pavilion. Grocery stores not too far a drive. Close to the beautiful state park trails. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores one of our favorite vacation spots (year round).

We loved the kitchen/ livingroom area. Plenty of room for our crew of 12. Bedrooms were smaller than expected. Not really enough room to sleep 12 (adults & teenagers). Loved the private beach and gated community.
