Beautiful condo, perfect location

This condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Master bedroom was better that a 5 star hotel. Would definitely book this one again. Thanks for the perfect vacation spot.

Absolutely AWESOME

This Condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed. This is our 5th year in Phoenix IX and the location is perfect, quiet and not crowded. We were able to relax and enjoying being together. The bedrooms were lovely and provided the setup we needed using the 2 bed for our son and daughter's boyfriend and our daughter used the trundle bed in the massive master walkin as her room, all the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book this lovely condo again!

Fantastic condo in every way. It exceeded our every expectation ! Wished we would have booked longer! Beach was super close to building with beautiful white sand. Condo was stocked with anything you would need to cook and serve! There is no doubt we will book this unit again!

October 2024 Trip

Property is as pictured and better. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Our only complaints are that some added stainless utensils, primarily small spoons were missing. It would also be nice if a medium frying pan and some stemmed glassware were added. A few added nice glass bowls would also be a nice touch. A place as nice as this should have everything a cook would love and then some! Also, the toaster only worked a half of the time. Other than that, the condo unit was enjoyable for our 4 day stay and the weather was perfect. And the complex was extremely clean!

Amazing place!

My wife and I come to Orange Beach every year for our anniversary trip and this is our new favorite! The Condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. It really is high end even down to the seats on the balcony. Absolutely beautiful views of the sunrise! We usually try to stay lower than the 12th floor but this building is so much closer to the water it really wasn’t a issue for us as it has been in other properties. If your wife is OCD like mine and cleanliness and decor are top priority than look no further. This place is 10 out of 10! The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. Flooring is beautiful and the Shower is Huge (Donald Trump, voice)! We will definitely book again!

Family beach stay

We had a great stay overall, the location was perfect, the area was very safe and residents were friendly. The only negative is that upon arrival we realized that the floors had not been cleaned prior to our visit. My husband and I had black feet from walking around the condo. We could not find any floor cleaner in the unit so we bought some at the store and mopped all floors as we could not stand dirty feet for 5 days! Other than that, it was a great place, just needs better cleaning measures.

Beautiful ocean front views and nice condo

The condo has been nicely updated and is open, bright and comfortable in the living/bedroom areas. The dining beverage bar is not finished with either cabinetry or appliances and that would really enhance the usage of that area if was. Balcony was nice, but furniture is showing a bit of wear/tear and is somewhat bulky for the space. Not as comfortable of a space out there as it could be with some furniture change. Our 3 week stay was disappointing due to the major construction that was taking place. We were aware that there was some balcony maintenance and upgrades occurring, but this was a major overhaul on the building inside/out (and needed we understand that). We had scaffolding, ropes, and workers right on our balcony and/or looking in our windows many days...blocking the ocean views as well. The smells from the painting and tile work was overwhelming. The parking was affected by all of the equipment/workers. The outdoor pool, hot tub were not open. The pathway to the beach was a maze through the construction zone. Our hallway had construction paper pathways that were loose and trip hazards if you did not pay attention when carrying things to the condo. For the amount of money spent to stay at the condo...it was really not acceptable to pay full price. We did "grin and bear" it, as we had no other options for a 3 week stay in the area. My family enjoyed our stay at Phoenix IX. The condo is very clean and a big plus the elevators are fast hardly any waiting time getting to 12th floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great layout with plenty of room, and clean. Balcony was lovely with amazing view, we even saw dolphins a few mornings! We also loved having the tennis court/pickleball court across the hall. It was fun being able to walk to the Flora Bama, and a close/easy drive to lots of restaurants. We had warm weather and mostly used the beach, but the pools looked very nice. Great host/service. We had an issue with the refrigerator not staying cold, but maintenance brought a replacement first thing the next day. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again

Phoenix IX– Orange Beach, AlabamaOur stay at this condo was absolutely glorious. The view from the 12th-floor balcony was beyond words—every morning greeted us with a breathtaking sunrise over the water. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the property itself offered everything we needed: indoor & outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball court, and lightning fast elevators that made getting around effortless.The condo was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making it both comfortable and convenient. Truly, there’s nothing I would change about our stay. It felt like a home away from home—only with a better view!Highly recommend!!!
