Family Vacation

Girls Trip- Oasis #1909

Location and amenities were great! Enjoyed beach and lazy river as well as all the wonderful nearby restaurants. Our condo was clean and adequately supplied with necessities. It did have 2 light bulbs out and the comforters on the beds need replacing. They are well used. Booking and checkin/checkout process was so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Condo was Perfect. right height saw lots of dolphins love watching people love walking the beach. indoor pool was to cold for time of year did complain about that but after three weeks started getting warmer still i would and i am staying here again next year truly is my Happy Place 😍😍😍

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start with the positives! Great size unit for two families of 4; beautiful views, great amenities, we loved the lazy River, easy check in and great location to restaurants and grocery store. Being right on the beach is always a plus! A couple of nuisances: elevator situation, for a bldg so large elevators should work better, waited 45 minutes to get up to our room and only after calling security to allow us up the staff/owner elevator. Wifi is awful if you plan on needing to work some while away don’t count on it, isn’t possible with the unaccessible wifi. Dishwasher wasn’t unloaded, it was FULL of dishes, and at least they were clean but considering the cleaning fee we already pay i would have preferred not to have had to unload someone else’s dishes. Again minor nuisances overall loved our stay! Side note, if your expecting ocean water like Pensacola or Destin, don't. Doesn’t even compare.

Not a clean place and the elevators are a major issue

Out bed linens were terrible we had to complain about them, our towels were full of hairs so we washed them. The elevator took forever to catch. Will not stay there again. Was not worth how much it was a night. Furnishings were not very nice either.

Wonderful Accommodations. Had a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly. One thing I did notice was the linings on the master bed did not fit properly and were a little worn. But other than those small things, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will be back

Bigger and Better than you think.

The perks are garage parking (but it does cost $45 per stay), Spacious quiet isloated condo style room, beautiful view of the beach (especially since you are over the high rise entrance to the beach), lots of amenites and more. The home had everything you needed.

Don’t expect anything and you’ll be happy. Place needs to be totally renovated and new furniture and fixtures needs to be added at this property. In my experience of travel when you especially pay good chunk of your hard earned money, this property totally disappoints.

4th of July vacation

Only complaint is that the beach chair rental takes up the entire beach in front of the hotel and the one on each side as well so if you don’t rent their chairs the. You have to either sit practically out in the water or walk a little ways down the beach for an open spot. Isn’t a bad walk unless you’re pulling a wagon full of beach chairs and cooler. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms were clean and spacious, many extra pillows, and the TV’s were all working and easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need, though the main pan could probably use replacing as it is worn through. The kitchen trashcan was also filthy, so we just used grocery bags. Oh, last thing was my son tried to use the tub jest and ewe... made us all gag what came out. Weather was glorious for this time of year. So much breeze. And the jellyfish 🤦🏻‍♀️ Otherwise we loved our trip. Having breakfast and dinner on the balcony.

Great vacation

This condo was a perfect place for our family. The owner responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely choose this condo again. The only recommendation I would give future renters is to realize that the elevators are very busy during regular check-in hours. We carried our belongs up the stairs, but we did hear some people say they waited on an elevator for up to 1 hour

Nice trip

Overall excellent stay at this property. Lots to offer. A downside is it is a large complex and elevator accessibility was an issue. Having to wait for long periods of time to get an elevator. The unit that was rented was not very well stocked in the kitchen. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great facility, rental, and area!!Will absolutely stay at this resort again! Booking was a breeze. Communication was on point. Never needed or wanted for anything. Check-in instructions sent a few days prior, so no last minute stressing. Absolutely zero complaints! The condo was spacious! Plenty of open space for adults and kids. Kitchen had everything necessary available. Beds were a little better than expected for beach rentals, but then again, we've slept on some really cheap mattresses in rentals and assume that's the norm, so these were better. The pool and lazy river were awesome! Our toddlers loved the splash pad, but they're both less than 2 years old. Would have loved this closer to the lazy river since the older child wanted to be there and the slide, but they're on opposite sides of the pool. For older kids, not a problem, but ours is only 7 and I'd prefer to keep within eye sight. The beach was a little crowded, but tis the times. Not packed like PCB tho. And the crowds are more respectful of each other (more family oriented, not spring break teens).Fantastic food so many places nearby! Just wish this resort had a beach-side bar for a pina colada or daiquiri. If that were the case, we'd never leave. :o)
