The check in and out process is hands off and very easy. Our stay would have been much better if the unit would have actually been cleaned and the living room tv actually worked. When we checked in I noticed the unit had a musty smell on top of cleaning product, think mildew smell mixed with fabuloso. The online listing shows completely different furnishings and the unit is not “newly updated” they switched out the dining room chairs for older looking ones than the photos show online and there is one sectional that appears to be newer, everything else is older and outdated. Living room tv worked for 30 minutes then refused to stay on longer than 5 minutes so it was unusable for the entire trip. I did have good experience with the property manager however and appreciate her help when I reached out with my concerns. We had to buy laundry supplies and launder all of the bedding as it had stains and a smell of other peoples perfume, after we washed it ourselves the perfume and stains were gone, clearly indicating the beds were not cleaned before we checked in just re made. The property itself only had 3 working elevators during our stay due to a transformer blowing before we checked in. I also found a used wine glass by the side of the master bedroom. The cleaning fee was refunded to us per the managers discretion which was very nice but please know that for the price paid the quality is subpar.
