Great experience

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo due to multiple stains on couch, chairs at dining table, and linens throughout the condo in addition to floors in corners/nooks of areas. Spent most of our time at the beach and lazy river with good food at night:)

Beautiful...but...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start off with saying that this condo is absolutely stunning. My stay started a bit stressful when I came in to a condo that hadn't been cleaned. The Phoenix rentals office closes at 5:30 and that is when I came in. Therefore, I had to do lots of Internet searching to find Charlie's personal cell phone. Not what I wanted to do after traveling all day. I got on the phone with Charlie and he was of course not very pleasant but he had the problem resolved within an hour. We sat on the balcony for well over an hour waiting for the condo to be cleaned, which was fine because we of course wanted a clean condo. The cleaning lady was exceptionally nice and very detailed with all of our concerns. After this we had a wonderful stay. Was just a touch disappointed to how it all started.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Bed was very comfortable. The couches need to be updated, the covers are stained on them and need to be replaced. The bath towels and wash clothes could stand to be replaced as well; they look worn. Also, when I rented the condo, I was not aware that I would also have to pay for a parking pass.....$56 per parking pass is a little ridiculous in my opinion, especially after I paid as much as I did to rent the condo.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and very nice size for the 9 of us. everything was great and had a great time. only thing I think the condo could use a little more cleaning supplies. We had a broom and dustpan, but we had to use our medical tape to tape the broom handle onto the bristle part of the broom. there was a swiffer mop that we used with antibacterial wipes. A bucket that says "if you make a mess please use me to clean it up." but no rags or sponges to do it with. Most condos I have stayed at at least has some things other guests have left behind. Like small bottle of dish soap, boxes of kleenex, a few garbage bags, foil or saran wrap. I did leave some of these for the next guess unless they are taken by housekeeping??? but we did enjoy the condo and did our best to keep it clean while we were guests there.

Great location and great place!

We have been coming to Orange beach for a long time. The Phoenix Orange Beach I and this unit beats them all. Great pool and easy beach access. Beach chair service very easy at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. Across the street from the market and tackle shop! We’ll be back!
